Technosys Account Development Executive

Role Description:

Technosys requires an Account Development Executive to augment our existing sales and marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity to become involved with the best, state of the art IT technologies available today. With determination, effort and a willingness to learn, this is an ideal opening to propel yourself at something that has a lifetime of opportunities. We want someone with initiative to be involved in all aspects of the sales process from cold calling prospects, developing them as customers through to building long term partnerships. Working within a team of qualified resources it’s a great way to learn how IT sales and support is executed and opens up opportunities in many new technologies. The successful candidate will receive plenty of tuition and support from a small team, personal enough to care about your future.

The opportunity will start with developing a list of opportunities through calling, emailing and letters. These will then be developed in conjunction with the other account managers. It will involve a lot of calling and hard work but the rewards and commission are there for those who might persevere. The role will also involve arranging web-based demonstrations to prospects and helping run scheduled Webinars.

The role is there to develop so interaction with the sales team and management is expected and an influence on the activity going forward.

Account Development Executive reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call businesses on behalf of Technosys to introduce our products, service offerings and establish interest (initially approx. 20% account management, 80% new business) working to daily targets
  • Identifying appropriate decision-makers
  • Work closely with individual Sales Managers to achieve closure on new and existing accounts
  • To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a record of activities, figures, forecasting and any other records which may be required by the Sales Director in order to keep up-to-date records of sales and performance
  • To perform such other duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Sales Director

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous telesales experience - 1 to 3 years preferred
  • Experience of B2B selling
  • Excellent telephone communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and determine buying process
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work to targets

Terms and Conditions of Employment

Salary: Basic Salary & Commission (uncapped)

Remedy ITSM 7 Consultant/Developer

Job Specification

Technosys is looking for a seasoned BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant/Developer. You will require experience of end to end ITSM v7 project life cycles in large scale environments for mission critical implementations.

You will at least 3 - 5 years or more experience working as a technical Remedy consultant in the implementation of enterprise-wide software solutions.

You must be flexible to travel internationally.

Service Request Management Consultant - Contract

Job Specification

Technosys is looking for expert with BMC Remedy ARS System 7.x with advanced Remedy SRM System 2.1 or 2.2 development experience.

You must have a minimum of 3 years of Remedy ARS development experience and at least 1 year SRM development experience.

You must possess in-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies, the enterprise and industry.

Remedy Developer and Remedy Project Manager

Job Specification

Technosys is seeking an experienced Remedy Developer/Consultant and Remedy Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to join our development team working on operational and business systems as well as working onsite with our clients. The roles will entail assisting in the enhancement of existing bespoke problem, change and inventory management applications, in order to support new business requirements and the need to manage a larger number of customers. Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience of administering and developing Remedy applications. Candidates must demonstrate development skills for the full remedy project life cycle and must be flexible to travel around UK and Europe. It is crucial that you have working knowledge of 3 or more of the following: Remedy Requirements Analysis and Design, ITSM (application customisation deployment or support experience), ITIL, MID-TIER, Crystal Reports, Remedy performance tuning, Remedy API and SQL, experience of managing development life cycles. It is a bonus to be at RSP or RAC status and have a formal Project Management qualification. Sales Manager

Salary: £23,000 - £85,000 per annum, inc benefits, OTE

To help fuel our continued growth we are looking for a confident, outgoing Sales Consultant for our London office. The purpose of the role is to acquire new clients for our software consultancy services.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for the complete sales process: from identifying target accounts and generating their own leads to building relationships with potential buyers, creating awareness and preference for BMC Software and ITIL and finally closing the business and ensuring ongoing account development.

A passionate, self-motivated and success driven the individual will have an enviable business development background in recruitment, consultancy or professional services, preferably related to the CRM market.

The individual needs exceptional presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills to complement their outstanding written and verbal communication. The role is performance focused so you need to be comfortable working in a targeted sales environment where rewards are tied into success.
