With more than 30 years’ experience between them, the Technosys management team have held senior positions in major companies such as Cisco & AVG, where they successfully delivered solutions into a variety of industries and companies worldwide.

Industry Development

Enterprise vendors respond via the acquisition of mobility, Software as a Service (SaaS) and security vendors which result in a series of “silos” of skillsets and experiences, many of which Technosys has with partner organisations.
Moving with technology trends including Cloud, systems management, security and mobility, these are key areas of focus for many of Technosys’ customers and the company is unique in retaining a consultative approach while being able to provide our customers with a wide range of solutions which best fit their business.
ITIL/ITSM solutions remain the core platforms within most organisations for IT support, automation and reporting. Technosys can offer customer’s assistance with the migration of platforms, integration with other business solutions including HR, IT GRC, financial and ETL, as well as offer an advisory service which doesn’t come along with complex and expensive SLA’s.

Industry Experts

We can, however, put in specialist certified experts from BMC and ServiceNow if required.
We are 10 to 20 strong in terms of existing consultants but we are always looking for staff to train through the certification process. We are building relationships with universities in Buckinghamshire to work with and take on graduates through training opportunities.
We provide consultancy services globally and we are affiliated partners able to sell BMC and ServiceNow products within the UK.
We hope to extend that partnership from those two organisations in order to expand our capability to sell licences in those regions where we already offer consultancy work in IT service management.

Who Do We Work With?

Although the products and services Technosys sells are geared to medium to large enterprise, our expertise built up during our near 15 year existence has given us the necessary skills which means we can also plug the gap for small sized businesses who may be fearful of the perceived costs involved in engaging consultants or purchasing IT Service Management tools.
Smaller businesses can get the benefit from us working at enterprise level because we’ve already dealt with most potential problems and issues on a much larger scale.

Our approach to working with clients is to look at their business requirement perspective and find solutions for their business challenges.
Fully ITIL certified and operating within ITSM guidelines, all senior Technosys consultants have years of experience in implementing procedures and methodology which enables their clients to fully achieve their service management needs. They can also offer PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) – a de facto process-based method for effective project management – and Security Clearance services.
This methodology means our customers can maximise a return on their investment into IT service management and allows their business development and IT departments to work together towards a consistent single goal. Our Partnership with BMC and ServiceNow means we are in aunique position to cover products form all vendors listed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant as “Leaders”.

Our Work

One of our Technosys consultants was a lead member of a Unilever project team which was responsible for documenting ITSM processes.
Unilever received an ITSMF award for the quality of the processes developed by that team.
Technosys have also worked with one of the world’s largest providers of distinctive, high quality ingredients and solutions to the food, beverage and other industries, on implementing a re-design of the BMC Remedy ITSM foundation data to reflect a major re-organisation structure of the company.
Work was carried out with no impact to the users during normal business hours, it involved every part of the business across multiple global locations.
